In 2018, the lives of my wife and I, and our son-in-law, were completely upended by the death of our youngest daughter, who was a very special bright spot in our family. After being married only six months, she died in Austin from injuries suffered in an avoidable accident. My wife and I hoped to avoid any other family losing a loved one in the same fashion. I was referred to Joel Levine by Kansas attorney I clearly called them for call backs , I recieved a call that I missed I returned the call to reached out . Never called me back took them 3 weeks to call me back I told the lady it’s been a non injury case it should be on the notes and all the waiting for her to tell me they do not handle non injury case . I suggest better communication by this company. Honestly waisted my time , did not take consideration I understand theirs a line but for 3 weeks is rediculous are you calling one person per day ? . The referral lady by my job takes up a week and does not take this long to get in contact with her customers. I suggest the front lady that answered the phone to know what type of cases you guys allow and don’t to avoid time waisted personally for the customer and the sake of the co worker .
