She was very responsive, professional, helpful, flexible, prepared at every step, and followed up with all possible options until we found a place and it was all set. I bought a house recently with Dawn McCourry and it was the most incredibly positive experience! Buying in Austin has been insanity lately but Dawn was able to bring me through the process with so little stress, all my friends and colleagues were wishing they'd been able to find her first! Dawn is incredibly knowledgeable, she was able to answer every question I had, which was a lot considering I was a first time buyer. She was so attentive through the entire process and took the stress out of it for me. I cannot say enough good things about Dawn but the bottom line is - if you're looking to buy in or around Austin, go with Dawn and have a home buying experience everyone will be jealous of!!

Listing our home with Watters International Realty has proven to be a very wise decision. Renee Longden, our listing agent was our first contact with the Chris Watters team. She met with us and in a very professional manner and provided answers to all our questions related to putting our home on the market. She explained their marketing approach, posting of our photos and video techniques and when it was all said and done....we were confident we had picked the right REALTOR team to sell our home. As our house went into MLS and out on the Internet, we received multiple offers and several contracts for well over our listed price. With her guidance and suggestions we were able to select a excellent offer and solid buyer. Once our contract was signed, she introduced us to the remainder of the Chris Watters team. Considering I closed February 5th this review is long overdue. Susan Sawyer is a phenomenal agent. I began working with her in December 2020. As a first time home and out of state buyer the process was already difficult. Combine that with the pandemic and the current housing market, the complications and logistical odds become astronomical. Susan was able to help me navigate the daunting task of finding my ideal home. As a business minded person I highly value transparency, clarity and forthrightness. Susan provided that in spades, and managed to talk me out of several bad choices keeping me on track to find the best property for my needs. Additionally, I had a timeline I wanted to meet based on my personal situation and concerns of being priced out of the central Texas market. With this in mind Susan and I probably did about 3 months of shopping and market research in 6 weeks. I must commend her on her tenacity and willingness to work across time zones. I am definitely not the easiest person to work with but Susan took it in stride and went above and beyond to meet my needs and adjust the search as needed. Additionally she continued to work with me after the close and was able to provide recommendations of local businesses when I decided to do some renovations and minor remodeling. I had a wonderful experience working with Susan. I highly recommend her and fully intend to reach out to her if I need a real estate agent again in the future.

Great Experience! My wife and I were just wanting to test the market to see what we could get out of our property... we got more then we were expecting. Our agent Courtney Bowden as well as Morgan Martens were fantastic, we couldn't have asked for more! Courtney came to our home, answered all of our questions and as a team we formulated a plan that was best for us, the sellers. Courtney was not pushy or overbearing, he was humble and focused on our needs, not just as his clients but more like his friends, heck even family. My Wife and I really appreciate all the time and hard work Watters International put in to make sure we taken care of, they are definitely the best in the business and we will use them in the future for our realty needs.
