I’ve worked with Mr. Silva for about two years now due to ongoing and ever-changing unfortunate conflict, and his associate Ms. Lewis for one year. Mr. Silva is the third attorney I’ve worked with. He and Ms. Lewis are the only attorneys I’ve met that put mine and my kids’ needs over their wallets, and they’ve been like that from the beginning. Additionally, he and his firm care about what is best for the children more than any other firm I’ve dealt with. They are honest, know the law better than anyone else, and will not let your emotions rule your decision-making. He and his firm are trustworthy and true advocates for peaceful resolution. Most firms will let you do whatever you want knowing the courts will never rule in your favor due to how Texas Family Code is written and drag out conflict as long as possible to rake in revenue; Mr. Silva and his associates are not that firm. They are the absolute best.
