Candice , and her team Laurie and Christiane are just the people you need in your corner to navigate the choppy waters of a divorce proceeding. Candice is brilliant, shrewd and unflappable. She is very honest in terms of setting achievable goals, and making sure that you hit and surpass them. The team is very efficient, and prompt and always available to answer any questions you might have. I highly recommend this practice.

I hired Kicker Davis to represent me during my recent divorce. After reading reviews on Avvo and an initial meeting with Chris Kirker, I knew this was the firm for me, and they certainly did not disappoint! During that first meeting, we discussed and developed our initial strategy that ultimately carried us through to the end. I especially liked that I went in feeling very defensive due to the fact I was served divorce papers just a few days earlier, but I left the office knowing those tables would be turned and we would take the offensive. I worked with Candice and Kate (PA) over the past year. My situation was nerve racking, but I felt confident in their attention to detail, experience, and preparation. We ended up not needing to go to trial, which I opted for vs the stress/cost of litigation, but I feel strongly that trial would would have resulted in our favor.
