Chris Kirker is definitely the man you want sitting next to you rather than across from in the court room. He proved that every single time he stepped foot in that courthouse. As a domestic violence victim, he provided me the feeling of safety, confidence, understanding, and eagerness to do what was right. I have nothing but gratitude and admiration for Chris Kirker and his firm Kirker Davis. It was a special experience seeing the level of knowledge, skill, and care Chris takes in his cases. I recommend him for everything Family Law including but not limited to domestic violence and unique cases. Not to mention the special work he and his wife do in our community, they are such good people with such big hearts.

Kirker Davis is a top of the line law firm that excels in strategy, execution and victory. As a Line Officer in the Navy with 16 years of service I can credibly assess that their operations are on point and well-greased. Holly and Chris are simply magic in the courtroom: expertly weaving their story on the floor and directing the flow of arguments. What's more is that they take that extra level of care and customer service when you need it most, making critical calls and responses via email and phone at night and on the weekend should necessity dictate. The result is a pair that exhibits hybrid characteristics of both dedicated hired guns and personal friends and confidants. Kirker Davis advertises concierge level service, and it couldn't be more true. My case started out very bleak, with multiple significant challenges and obstacles already established when I first walked into the Kirker Davis office. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my custody case for my daughter. As a father I thought I had no chance at custody and was terrified of the possibility of my 2 year old daughter being solely in her mother's care. Chris and Kody took care of everything making sure I knew what was going on at every step and what to expect. Chris is a high dollar attorney but you get what you pay for! My wife and I called Kirker Davis on a Friday afternoon a day after getting served with some pretty heavy stuff the afternoon before regarding a custody suit from my son's mom. Melissa, whom I cannot say enough good things about, was the first person we spoke with and she began pulling files due to time sensitivity issues on our side. That evening around 7, after a day of court and recognizing the sensitivity of the timing, Chris Kirker called me back and spoke to my wife and I for almost two hours. His advice was very direct, candid, and we appreciated him sharing with us some of his possible strategies moving forward. Those strategies are the reason we hired Chris Kirker and they proved to be more successful than we had ever anticipated. Chris, his team, and his partner, Holly Davis, took an all hands on deck approach and in the short amount of time given, they reset the hearing date, scheduled a settlement conference and we walked out of their office after half a day of negotiations getting everything in writing that my ex-wife had attempted to strip away. We had fully anticipated a standoff yielding little to no results, but trusting Chris's experience and buying into his game plan paid off dividends. Having gone through a contentious divorce and custody battle 8 years ago, my biggest fear was that this would drag on for months, or that we would get an attorney that would allow it to drag on for months for the billable hours. What could've easily been months worked itself out without having to have a judge make a decision for my family. The divorce process is not an easy one, but I always felt fully supported, informed, and guided by Chris and the staff. Chris always laid out the options, made me aware of the risks, and provided me with recommendations, but he also gave me the flexibility to work out things with my ex where I could, to speed up the process and avoid some legal expenses. Chris Kirker is an outstanding attorney who masters in planning excellent strategy and representing his clients one hundred percent. Words cannot express how happy I was with the results of my case because I got everything I could’ve asked for only because of him and know very well that I wouldn’t have gotten most of it if it wasn’t for him. Chris did an excellent job in helping settle my case out of court, getting me the primary custody, all the rights including domicile rights and a reasonable amount of child support that I could ask for. Chris proposed exactly what I requested. The previous attorney I had, would simply argue with me on almost everything I proposed, even though it was reasonable, the case was being settled out of court and meant for the best interest of my kids. My previous attorney kept favoring the demands of the opposing party even when they were out of the norm such as them trying to restrict me geographically even though my ex lived out of state. But when I switched to Chris, he listened to my request, and immediately said that he understands that my geographic restriction would not help with my ex's visitation schedule with my kids anyway and would simply make my employment opportunities limited as a result affecting my kids' future. So, Chris was able to get me the domicile rights which meant a lot to me. Besides that Chris also took care of some other concerns I had regarding safety of my kids and even proposed additional terms in the decree to help protect our future. Chris had told me that the mission of Zinda and Davis lawfirm is to represent their clients fully and I found him and his firm to be worth every penny. Throughout the process, unlike my previous attorney who stressed me out, Chris was compassionate and understanding making it so comfortable and stress free for me. Last but not the least, his skill in planning an excellent strategy is what helped settle my case timely when it was simply dragging on for months with my previous attorneys. His strategy also played a big role in helping me achieve all of my goals. I know Chris got me the best deal as my ex's attorney even wrote "against attorney advice" on the divorce decree next to his signature. I highly recommend Chris Kirker. Please note that Chris worked in my case with Rob which is why I have similar review. I found them both to be equally good. It was their mutual effort that helped me achieve the success.

Chris and I worked together a particularly tough divorce. Chris was competent and able during the divorce. More importantly, at least in my case, Chris has been very helpful and valuable after the divorce as I continue to deal with challenging issues with my now ex-wife. Chris has been objective and has offered me objective yet strategic counsel when I have needed it. Best compliment I can give Chris is that he is a very conscientious guy and I almost never do anything related to my ex-wife without consulting with him first. Also a note to recognize, Lisa Mitchener who turned out be more therapist than Chris's legal assistant. Can't thank Lisa enough for her kindness and professionalism.

I reached out to Chris about a year ago and struck gold with this attorney. From our first conversation he was confidant, articulate, a great listener, honest, and reassuring. He was supportive throughout the whole process (even when the other side was not complying with discovery, switching attorneys, then switched attorneys the day before trial!). Chris laid out all of my options and allowed me to be an active part in building our strategy. At the end of the day it was my decision where we focused our time and energy ($$). Chris was great throughout the process, however on our trial day this gentleman came alive. The judge granted a continuance to the other party, but Chris threw everything he could in an effort to have our case heard that day. Although, the continuance was granted he was able to 1) get the other party to agree to joint managing conservatorship 2) got the Attorney General’s office off the case and ALMOST locked in a geographic restriction. On the day of our final Trial we were #1 on the docket and as we got seated I voiced a few last minute concerns to Chris. To my amazement he informed me these “new concerns” were already integrated into his strategy. I will never forget that moment; it was the culmination of the past nine months. I could finally exhale, I felt like a huge weight was lifted off of my shoulders. His preparation and knowledge of the case allowed me to clear my head and focus on my examination and cross examination. Trial went smooth due to Chris’ preparation and he executed our strategy to a tee. Near the end of trial I comfortably wrote on my notepad “I’m happy”. At the end of the day he was able to articulate the facts of the case, extract valuable information in cross examination, and did not allow this to turn into a “mud slinging contest”. We were rewarded for our efforts and a loving, stable, father was ruled in favor of a mother. I will recommend Chris to anyone, especially ANY father who loves their child, has a solid foundation, and is willing to fight for them. Lastly, be upfront with Chris about financials… he’s not your typical attorney and will work with you to create a win:win situation.

Chris handled my Mom's divorce. Due to certain circumstances I was the main contact person. Chris was professional, quick to act, quick to respond, always made me feel like my Mom's case was his only concern. If I ever had to recommend a divorce attorney, Chris Kirker, would be it.
