Excellent experience. Christopher Daves has a calm demeanor and actively listened to my personal goals. I had been searching for years to find the right estate planning attorney that could address all my concerns and provide guidance. I actually found Christopher on a YouTube clip where he was interviewed about estate planning and his extensive knowledge lead me to call him. Christopher set up a revocable trust for me and filed all the necessary paperwork. I also wanted to look at how to reduce personal liability on a couple of residential properties I own and he helped me create LLCs. I feel like my entire estate is now in order. I have also had to make a few follow up calls and Christopher has been available each time.

I spoke to John Daves this past week while seeking a landlord/tenant attorney. He was unable to take my tenant case as he works with landlords currently. But he was nice enough to provide me with free, useful advice. That was upstanding John, thank you.

We hired Christopher Daves to create a trust for us. Thinking about being dead is not fun, and probably not healthy in most cases, but as a parent I spent my whole life caring about my children. A trust ensures that when I can no longer take care of them, they will be taken care of with my final wishes. Christopher create a trust to meet our needs, and also HIPAA release, durable power of attorney, medical power of attorney, and who knows what else. I had no idea what I needed, I only knew what I wanted the end result to be, and Christopher took care of us. I recommend Christopher for any of your estate needs.
