Kirker Davis is a top of the line law firm that excels in strategy, execution and victory. As a Line Officer in the Navy with 16 years of service I can credibly assess that their operations are on point and well-greased. Holly and Chris are simply magic in the courtroom: expertly weaving their story on the floor and directing the flow of arguments. What's more is that they take that extra level of care and customer service when you need it most, making critical calls and responses via email and phone at night and on the weekend should necessity dictate. The result is a pair that exhibits hybrid characteristics of both dedicated hired guns and personal friends and confidants. Kirker Davis advertises concierge level service, and it couldn't be more true. My case started out very bleak, with multiple significant challenges and obstacles already established when I first walked into the Kirker Davis office. Although I cannot go into the details of my case, Holly, Chris and the rest of the KD team were able to turn the tables from a defensive posture to undeniable forward momentum. I will say if you are facing seemingly insurmountable odds there is no better team to have at your back and side to protect you and achieve the results you're looking for. Going through a divorce is very stressful, and at times, scary. I cannot count how many different divorce attorneys I looked for, I meet Mrs.Davis for a free consultation and she was the only one who showed compassion and really made me feel ok about my divorce. She explained everything to me and what to expect and what might happen. Needless to say I cannot thank her and her staff in making this experience comfortable. I used Zinda & Davis for my child custody case.. It was an incredibly complicated case because my ex accused me of abusing my children and her.. I was innocent but the state didn't believe me. CPS proceeded to harass me repeatedly! I'm so happy that I hired Z&D for my case.. From the beginning they told me to expect limited joint custody but I actually have primary custody and my ex only gets to visit the kids for 2 hours a week supervised. What an incredible story! I arrived to Holly after communication with numerous attorneys in the Austin area, she was by far the best and I knew if from the first conversation we had. I had a tight timeline to get on my case and she was on it immediately with quick response and advice. She gets down to the facts and understands the law but more importantly helps you understand the law as well. Her confidence and professionalism really made the difference in my case. She helps you to understand your options and why you should or should not do something in your case and the reasons why. She is to the point as well and this helps when you are on the fence about something. She always kept me in the loop regarding what was happening and always made time to talk with me even if it was something minor, even after my case was closed when some issues came up she got on the phone with me to discuss them. She is also very down to earth and has a sense of humor as well, so that makes it a little less painful for you giving the fact that you're working with her for likely an unpleasant reason. At some point I may need to go back and revisit my case and she will definitely be the person I go to. I highly recommend her for anyone going through a child custody case or family law.

Holly and the rest of the staff did an excellent job on my case. My situation changed several times during my case due to the instability of my ex-wife.
