After an extremely bad experience working with another law office for over a year and absolutely getting no where, I was referred to The Office ofJoel Levine. Much to my surprise and delight, I found that this office was much different. From my first meeting with Joel this firm had found someone needed in my case within 24 hours! The other firm I had worked with had a year and just kept making excuses or not returning calls for weeks on end. Both Joel Levine and Daniel Smith returned calls and emails, always within 24 hours, many times within the hour. I really felt they heard me and my concerns as well as the explained the process and what they were doing the entire time. I am giving this rating not because I have to but in the hopes it will help someone find a good and ethical law firm that I would use again in a minute if needed. Thanks to both Joel and Daniel from me and my family!

Joel, Daniel, and their entire staff were responsive, supportive, professional, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. Daniel went above and beyond my expectations to communicate, collaborate, and make sure all I's were dotted and T's were crossed. When dealing with big insurance companies, having people like this on your side can make an overwhelming situation much easier to navigate. Nobody ever wants to be in the situation where you need legal representation and advice, but should the need arise I I highly recommend this firm.
