Waters has been on top of the selling of our home. They had an agent meet with us within a few days, answered all our questions so that we could move forward asap. Scheduling was all done based on when we were able to meet with them for photographs, virtual tour videos, and staging of our home. I think staging is the most important because they let you know what is the best thing to do in your home to give a better picture to your future buyer. We were never pushed to go on the market until we were absolutely ready for all the above. They are great listeners and always want your opinion before moving forward on anything. We have had a few offers even though we've only been on the market 13 days, I'm positive that they will help us get our home sold close to the asking price if not the asking price.
