From the first day Karon Ricker met with us, we felt like we were in good hands! We’d moved over from another Realtor due to lack of showings and Karon hit the ground running. Her ability to keep us informed every step of the way - was refreshing! Karon Ricker was our agent. She was very energetic, thorough and knowledgeable. We had some hurdles we don't think would of made it through without her. Shelly Breidenbach was the most accommodating and helpful realtor I have ever had. I have moved many, many times and have always been blessed with wonderful help from my realtor. But Shelly went out of her way to make sure all my requirements for a house were met. She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, a good listener and extremely hard working. She not only helped me buy my house but she was also my rep for the inspection and walk through since I did not live in Austin at the time. She also introduced me to Austin’s culture and its many restaurants. I love Shelly and cannot recommend her enough to anyone who wants to buy a house in Austin.

I interviewed two realtors and agencies before landing on Watters International and Karon Ricker. I liked that Watters spent significantly on Marketing to pull people from markets outside of Texas. I liked Karon as I felt she had the experience and insights to see me through this. I sold my home during a 23 year high in interest rates and a slowing market in Austin. There were 2 homes like mine in the neighborhood that were already on the market when I entered. My home has now sold and they are still on the market. Zara was a Realtor. I was dreading the entire selling process because I am 24/7 at my job which is also an hour away from the house we were selling. So meeting up and getting everything taken care of would have been an absolute inconvenience for me due to my demanding job. Zara made this painless and stressfree.
