We are very pleased with the service we received from Aaron McNeeley our realtor for our recent home purchase. When we started our process we thought we knew what we wanted but it turned out that we really needed help narrowing down our priorities, finding homes that fit these criteria, and judging the quality and value of the possibilities we encountered. We met Aaron by chance as we toured a home that looked promising. He was knowledgeable of the market, was able to provide an assessment of the market value of the home on the spot, was straight forward, and professional but personable. By the end of the tour we asked him to represent us. Aaron did a great job of finding potential properties and helping us assess them. He was undaunted by the number of houses we viewed or the time we took to make our decision. When we finally decided to make an offer on a property Aron helped us negotiate an ideal contract. His knowledge of the housing market in the area we were interested in allowed us to get an incredible deal that exceeded our expectations. Aaron coached us through the entire closing process. He was always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. It was great to work with Aaron for our real estate needs. His knowledge and experience, combined with his patient approach, made what could have been stressful and unpleasant a smooth and successful process.
