Mrs. Butler was incredibly helpful when I was going through my divorce. I was so confused and hurt before I went to see her, but she walked me through everything and made sure I understood the process. And now that’s everything has been settled, I know I couldn’t have gotten through this without her guidance. She was so supportive when helping me understand my options when it came to my child’s custody agreement. I can honestly say, I couldn’t have made it through the whole process without her.

Mindy Smith was literally the best real estate agent I've ever worked with....commercial or residential in my business career. The rest of the company itself, I would not rate high at all. Christopher Watters himself is non existent. Always beware of a business owner that is unaccessible. Mindy was the diamond in the rough over there and Amanda Greco in the office was also very helpful. All that said, if you use this firm, request Mindy Smith as your agent and you will be well taken care of....awesome work Mindy

First of all, I just want to say how amazing this company is and how awesome their team is when you choose to work with them you will truly be choosing a great company from the very start to the finish line. My situation was a very tricky situation and tons of stuff kept popping up, but Jeff Riberdy never fell short in getting the answers and the messes sorted. I never felt alone in the situation and never felt as if I was asking dumb questions because they always made me feel like my questions were legit and quick to answer them. I always had someone I could contact. The app that is provided for you for your listings is probably one of my favorite things. It really allows you to see what the customer is seeing which is very helpful. Anyways, I just wanted to write this review and I don’t do this very often, but I definitely felt that it was necessary in the situation. Dealing with any kind of property sales.
