The Watters International Realty team has been fantastic! Their team of experts are friendly, professional and leave no stone unturned. They have made our experience with putting our house on the market stress free. They will be the only ones I use on future transactions.

Shelly contact me by phone after I browsed on the website; we hit it off. I explained my situation to her (not ready to buy until I sell) and she sent me links to homes in the two areas I was interested in. I followed those links until I sold my condo in FL (about two weeks- surprise!) Contacted Shelly and placed a bid on house I wanted; made an agreement and 30 days later my FL house closed and my TX house was mine! Shelly was WONDERFUL. Tracked everything down through closing, got all my questions answered, etc. etc. SHE"S A FIVE STAR BUYER'S AGENT!!

If you sell your home with Watters, the total commission cost is 8% (3 to buying agent, 5 to Watters). We should have done more research before selling our home with Watters because we ended up paying almost double the average commission cost. We also took a much lower offer than what they advised us we could get.

We loved working with Shelly. We are from Oregon and she bent over backwards to find us our perfect home. When we couldn’t be in Texas, she showed us the house using face time. She was so knowledgeable and if she didn’t know the answer to a question, she found us the answer. Would highly recommend her. Such a great personality!!

I want to say Shelly Breidenbach is so amazing. I started my search for my new home in Texas back in January with a different realtor with your company. He left and Shelly took over his clients. She keep everything so positive for me in my search for my new home. When I would start feeling defeated because the homes my boyfriend and I would want for our family those homes would get sold. She would tell me our home is coming just give it time. Well in May 2024 we found a home we totally fell in love with so I sent her about 5 homes with one being the one we loved so when I flew in from Florida to Austin to do a walk through to make sure this was the home. The day we were to do the walk throughs I was having a balancing issue and a car issue which she was amazing and offered to meet us at the first house and drive us to all the houses we were going to look at. She is the sweetest, kindest person I've met in a long time. We agreed at the end of the walk throughs that we found our house and she helped assist us in putting the contract in on it and wanted to make sure we asked for all we were entitled to. Saw the house on a Saturday signed contract and inspection ordered and scheduled before I left on Tuesday. She remained hyper focused on the purchasing of my home that when something would fall through or she would anticipate an extension needed she was on top of getting it all handled. Kept in contact with my boyfriend and I throughout this whole process. She went above and beyond when it got to closing on the property as I was having major issues with the lender and paperwork. Our original closing date was suppose to be July 3rd but got pushed back due to CD not being complete or balanced properly. Austin Title, Shelly, and Holly (seller's realtor) all worked over hours to make sure that our closing happened and everyone was either paid or received their new property. She has been amazing and I have no idea what all I can do to let her know how appreciative Arturo and I are for her being our realtor and getting our house closed. She would calm me down as I would be so stressed due to the issues with lending. I got to the point I thought we got this far and I am about to lose everything due to lending issues. Nope she was a lifesaver and I know for a fact my boyfriend is referring her to his friends that are looking for property or to sell property and I will definitely give her name to anyone I meet or know once I relocate there. I know my mother is looking for a home if in the area I have already given her Shelly's name and number. :) You're the best girl from day one to the end!!!

Arron was very helpful and accommodating on doing everything he can to find us our home . We had a terrific and great experience working with Arron , Johnny and Natali are very much appreciated and definitely will pass along to new clients in the future. Thanks again !

We were very pleased with our agent Daphne Arender. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area where we sold our home. She came to us with a lot of information about our home and the market in our neighborhood. She was always available to answer any questions we had and kept us informed of progress throughout the sale process. We would highly recommend her. She realized our house would sale quickly and provided assistance to help us find and purchase another home. She always conducted herself in a professional manner and considered our input.

I was looking at different homes on a website, not really ready to buy. Then I received an email from Shelly and thank God I responded to her. She was the best at her job. I would send her a text and she was very prompt in replying. If I had a concern, she was always there to help or answer my questions. She took all my details and sent several homes for me to peruse through. We went to look at about 7 houses and finally, I found the one! She would communicate on my behalf to everyone that was involved (loan officer, construction manager, sales counselor, etc.) to make sure everything was in place. She was even there when we did the closing! I know that if I need anything in the future, she will be there for me and my family! Blessed to work with Shelly and Watters International Realty!
