I spoke with Matthew about Slicing Pie (equity model for LLCs) and he was able to provide me all of the information I needed about the concept to make my decision on it and review how the contract should work all in 30 minutes. He was very concise and did not waist any of my time.

Matt makes it very clear of potential outcomes and it’s very straightforward into the point. You definitely need a lawyer like this on your team that will get things done in a swift manner. He’s very good at completing objectives and being on top of the ball. Nobody like him.
