Mr. Fallings took on my case after my agency discriminated against me and retaliated against me after I spoke up for myself when an El Paso Judge discriminated against me after I offered her cultural competency training. Mr. Fallings was able to get my performance appraisal changed from the lower rating they gave me to exceptional as I deserved. Mr. Fallings helped me through a very difficult time and his firm helped repair a man who had been broken. I lost faith in humanity, Mr. Fallings and one specific colleague of his helped give my kids their father back. Mr Fallings took my case about 1/2 through the appeal process due to primary and second chair leaving the firm- he wasted no time and fought for me like family.
