Mr. Simmons was absolutely integral in my success with the mediation process. Not only did he prepare a great opening statement for my case, but he very skillfully jumped in to assist me when I was being grilled by the agency's attorney. I feel very strongly that my positive outcome was all thanks to Mr. Simmons and Melody Carey. I would hire them back in a heartbeat if needed.

Mr. Nathan Simmons was hire by me for my case of Reasonable Accommodations (RA) and my EEOC complaint about retaliation. Everything was very well explained from the start and every step thru the whole process, from what the next steps were to what a realistic outcome could be.
