I was using Sentient Law firm for my business formation using "slicing pie" equity split method and Matthew is the best lawyer in the US for this purpose. Matthew introduced me Sean for my unique needs of Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy review, revise, and advices because I am using a patent pending business model that is very different than all other businesses only the same industry. Sean clearly understood very well all the uniqueness of my business and revised my long legal documents not only in a very clear and logical and legal proof way, but also restructured some parts and recombined other parts and made the contents in two documents perfect by themselves and also combined together. I can clearly see the hard work and the quality behind his work because I read a lot and wrote up the two documents myself spending weeks and I know where are the parts that I really need his wisdom and background. Most importantly, his job is super effective and efficient and the cost is well under my budget. I really appreciate it.
