The only five stars I will give are as follows: *DO*NOT*HIRE*THEM* I was in an accident in 2017 that should have been open/close. I met with Komie back then (apparently when he used to crawl out of his cave), and he was spouting off about "life changing money." Encouraged me to get procedures to procure more money. Then his office would disappear, with no emails or phone calls. Then reappear with different procedures, numbers and requests. The paralegal turnover was disgustingly high and the communication was horrific as a result. I would call and email, utterly furious, and be promised things would be done. By 2019, I had given up. I discovered they had emptied my personal injury insurance for $10k but had done nothing else with my case. I threatened to report them for fraud/theft and was given a new lawyer, who promised all sorts of things. Claiming that Komie separated from his old partner, Morrow, and that the office was catching up, but they would figure things out. Since the accident in 2017, I was give five different mediation dates (all canceled), three court dates (none that happened), and spoke to at least three different lawyers. I had a deposition that lasted six hours, as well. FINALLY, in 2021, I was offered by the Komie office to contract out to a different lawyer (of their choosing), Wenholz | Dow. WITHIN SIX WEEKS, the Wenholz firm finalized my lawsuit. I'm relieved that I finalized this, but my anger with Komie will last a long time. No one has heard from him and his whole office is a mess. I personally haven't spoken to Komie in years. Turns out, my story isn't remotely unique either. Save yourself some serious stress and go hire Wenholz instead. They received a 5 star review from me and deserve even more than that. Komie is greedy and *extremely* bad at his job.

Worst place ever ! It’s been 3 years since we reported our case and they come up with the same excuse every time I ask for an a update on my case! Definitely do not recommend !

Sam Carr, was by far the most helpful and thoughtful customer service at David and Komie Law Firm, that I have come across. He was attentive to my emails and calls within a timely manner and really made me feel special change thought of some shenanigan lawyers . But also was very upfront and transparent about everything that is going on for a long period of time and I appreciated that a lot! The whole entire associate that helped me out before Sam, was very horrible as compared to Sam and Mattew. Never will appreciate their service very bad , can’t remember the last time they voluntarily took the pain called me or send me an courtesy email. I would recommend Sam if you happen to see yourself in David and Komie office. I can not asked more from Sam great experience wishing David and Komie would always hire helpful personnel like Sam. This whole scenario actually started two years ago but Sam made it just a month for me. Along the line Mattew! David disappear in my case leaving everything to his brother Mattew a very brilliant guy even though I didn’t get what was promised from David himself in all am still happy with my settlement. Way to go Mattew and Sam :)

I’ve been leaving messages for David Komie for weeks and I’m still waiting to get a call back, he is never at his office. If he’s retired he needs to stop advertising.

I found myself walking into, for the first time in my life, an attorney’s office. Komie and Morrow’s office. Let’s face it, you’re not having a good day if you’re seeking legal help. I was hurt in an automobile accident on my way to work just a couple of days prior. I was scared and overwhelmed. They made the entire process from start to finish as easy as it could have been. They’re professional, yet down to Earth, and were very comfortable to talk to. They fought hard on my behalf & they were very good about explaining everything to me throughout the ordeal. They really helped me out. If any of my friends or family are ever in need of a personal injury attorney, I know who I can trust to take good care of them. Thank you, Komie and Morrow!
