Could not be happier with the services i received at The Akhtar Law Firm. For starters, It was like pulling teeth trying to find a firm to listen to my situation or what evidence i had to give me a chance. Bu i reached out and The Ali Akhtar Law Firm scheduled a consultation. They were very accommodating with me having small children at home and a hectic work schedule. So i was able to do zoom! I was very pleased with how the process went. Ali explained what was important, what was not important, what step we should take and it didnt take long to have my situation resolved and i believe it was because he is a great lawyer who knew what he was doing!! I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I will definately use The Akhtar Law Firm in the future. Contacted several attorneys for a business formation. Ali reached out with in 24 hours to set up a consult. We agreed to move forward and in about a week and half he helped me set up my LLC, DBA and Operating Agreement. He was very responsive and helped me understand any questions I had. He also connected me with a CPA. I highly recommend Ali and will continue to use him for all my business legal needs.

Bryan was simply phenomenal. I needed advice on choosing the right entity for my company. I called several law firms and found out that in most cases I won't be able to speak to an attorney for at least a week. Bryan, however, got back to me immediately (same morning). Not only that, he shared his cell phone and encouraged me to text him if I had any questions. He gave a sound, no-nonsense advice over the phone and answered all my questions. Even though my intention was just to have a consultation with him, I ended up hiring Bryan to take care of the formation of my LLC, which he did faster than I though it was possible. It seems that most contract law firms cater to large corporations. If you are a small company or a startup, I highly recommend you speak to Bryan.
