We hired Groom law firm to help us sell our health care business because David Groom was highly recommended from another attorney friend. Throughout the process David has been very professional in representing us. He promptly explained the sale contract, looked out for our benefits, and protected us from pitfalls in legalese. Very unprofessional group. Was hired on as their part time assistant after doing hours of interviews, only to get a call after two days of training stating that they decided they needed a full time salesman for their firm and not another assistant and completely changed their mind on the role.

I’ve been in the real estate business for more than 50 years – some residential but mostly commercial and investment. Dealt with many law firms - large, small and in-between. Met David Groom about 5 years ago. True professional. All the knowledge, talent, and skill of a big firm (maybe more), but still the efficiency, immediacy, and personal touch available only from a more nimble operation.
