I was referred by “Off The Record” for a flat fee of $210 for a speeding ticket. Then their office manager Melissa responded with a lengthy paragraph about how they’ll need to charge me $460 upfront, making excuses, and stating they don’t honor OTR’s guarantee policy. This isn’t my 1st rodeo. I’ve hired traffic attorneys off of bill boards after getting cited on the interstate for speeding and they usually honor their flat fee. This firm does not. They shouldn’t be utilizing a referral service like OTR if they’re not going to abide by its format. Flat rate and guarantee. Also she hung up on me. Unprofessional.
