We applied for my Family-based Green card through Carla last year and I can't say enough about how great it was working with Carla. We had a very smooth process, thanks to Carla's meticulous and detail-oriented approach. Most of our Green card processing happened through COVID-19, and she was always available for a quick phone call to clarify all of our questions. She was very honest and always encouraged us to make our own decision after presenting a myriad of options. For example, when we had to go to the in-person interview, she didn't use the opportunity to charge us extra; rather she encouraged us to go by ourselves since we had a very strong case. We are going to hire her again next year for the second step of the Permanent Green card processing.
