To everyone that reads this review, Lynn and Kelly picked up the ball for my last attorney. Lynn took my information and went to work immediately, she was able to contact JP4 and get 5 cases back under control after requesting that I pay the Omni and warrant fee's. Without this work I would still be oppressed by this court. She didnt charge me a cent and Im very thankful. Give this team a shot, thank you for reading.

Kelly McMahan's law services are outstanding. Melissa was also always very helpful and professional. We were out of state clients with a CDL being involved, the attorney was able to dismiss the ticket. She gave us the different options and what she thought would happen, what she said happened. The ticked was dismissed and we really appreciate it.

Ben Martin diligently worked on a complicated case of mine, he did his best beyond the norm to get my case dismissed while always making sure to return my calls and respond to my texts. Ben is very professional, conscientious, helpful, and mostly empathetic; qualities I wish all lawyers had!

I wish I could give negative stars, I had the worst experience ever with Melissa Brimer and Kelly Mcmahan from the McMahan law office, She was unhelpful , and I ended up losing the case because of her incompetence. I had the same results before hiring her which is teen’s court and community service hours ! So She basically did nothing and only stretched the time of the case. we lost the case that was a sure win case; where my son was accused of running the bus stop sign by a racist cop. there was a witness and a video proving his innocence as the video did not show my son running the bus stop sign!, she told me the video does not prove or disprove anything and caused us to lose the case. I had hired her in the first place to prove my sons innocence and yet we lost the case due to her extreme incompetence. I would never recommend her to anyone unless you want to waste you money and time. Even in her reply to my comment; she did not even read my comment as usual. Very incompetent attorney, we had a sure win case, and she advised me that we don’t have a case even though we had a witness and a video proving my sons innocence Beyond the shadow of a doubt!!

This office is great. The staff keeps you updated on your case. They always return your call if you have questions.

Kelly McMahan is one of the most impeccable attorneys I have ever met! Ms McMahan and her staff are incredibly professional and compassionate. Very affordable, worth every single penny, and much much more! How often can that be said about an attorney :) I wouldn't have believed the the results she produced were even possible, but she made miracles happen for me. Ms McMahan was available for all of my questions and concerns, with a speedy response every time. She made a my unbelievable stressful and anxiety ridden situation, into one where the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. Obviously I highly recommend giving her and her staff a call, you will not be disappointed!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Mrs. Lackey. My case with her is nearing the one year mark and her dedication to my case has been exceptional. I know it's supposed to be what attorneys are known for is navigating the legal system but I feel she goes above and beyond. She does not guess or give you a "well maybe that can work." She studies each aspect of the case to give you the most honest answer possible. I have no complaints and believe she is very talented in providing great counsel. Highly recommend!
