I spoke primarily with Melissa at Kelly McMahan Law. After receiving a moving violation with a CDL, I got as far as I could on my own trying to prove a not guilty position. I made the call to Kelly McMahan Law when I felt I need assistance. Everything worked out in my favor. Only thing I would have changed was to make the call earlier! Thank you.

The McMahan Law Firm did a great job keeping me informed about what my options would be. I was able to take the time to make an informed decision. They also sent a reminder email to let me know that my deadline was approaching. And at the very end, they sent me a dismissal letter from the court. They saved me time and money and I would hire them again if I needed.
