Pick Murray. Here is WHY: Murray was recommended to me by an unavailable lawyer whom I'd reached out to for guidance. I was upset at first but decided to contact Murray anyway. He provided a free, phone consultation in which he walked me through the whole process of applying for my husband to be a US permanent resident. After the phone conversation, I asked for a second call and sent several emails with follow-up questions. Murray was patient, kind and made me feel confident about the process. Fast forward, the filing process was a breeze with the office's online portal. My husband and I constantly communicated with Stephanie (paralegal) and Oscar (legal assistant). We were kept updated with all changes regarding our case. We completed the process, as recommended by Murray, and were approved for a green card and SS card in 3 months. The whole team treated us well, and we are thankful for the smooth experience. Personal update: Our case was very straightforward. Here is our situation and how we filed if potential clients of Murray may wonder: I am a US citizen and my husband is a Canadian (former Indian) citizen. We filed for his permanent residency so that we may live together in the US. We provided all our documents with the initial filing to avoid any delays. We filed for the Green Card, SS card, work permit, and travel document all at once. We included my husband's medical examination as well. We did have to complete a biometrics appointment (took 10 minutes tops), but the immigration interview was waived. My husband received his Green Card before his work permit or travel document applications were processed. Hope you have a great experience and good luck! We live outside of Dallas and never visited Murray's physical office. Everything was virtual.
