How can they claim to be a five star law firm when they turned down my case without even knowing the facts? They will not allow you to speak to an attorney, they only allow their receptionist to get a few details before they make their decision on who they want to help.

While I don't recommend getting hit by a distracted driver, I do recommend the representation from Herrman and Herrman. Their team, led by the incredibly knowledgeable and skilled Mr. McCann, proved they could navigate a personal injury case with precision and dedication. Highly recommend this top-notch firm!

I highly recommend Herman and Herrman law firm. My case manager Cindy and her assistant Diana were the best. I could call Cindy at any time with questions, even on weekends and she would take my calls. Cindy works hard for her clients. I did not have to do anything she took care of it.

I would like to thank Herrman and Herrman with their handling of my case. Staff members were very helpful to me in helping me wade through and understand the process to my benefit and liking. Likewise, their legal team persevered and forged through numerous delaying tactics and obstacles and fought to get me the settlement I deserved. Herrman and Herrman gets results.

I do not recommend herman and Herman. I went through a few different medical clerks and case managers. If you happen to get Vanessa as your case manager ask for them to remove her from your case. She is very unprofessional and rude. I just had an incident with her a while ago and she basically called me a liar and was rude to my fiancée as well. This isn’t the first time she was rude to us. So just be aware of who is handling your case. Lastly be sure they do all they need to do for you prior to closing out your case.
