I thanked Mr. Henry for the public service announcements regarding leaving children and pets in cars. He spent a lot of money on those ads without promoting himself. Nice.

I emailed them explaining a lengthy situation I was having. They emailed me back 3 times to talk about it, so I assumed they read about my situation. They asked me to call them. I finally called today thinking they would know at least a bit going on & want to offer me services. As I was explaining the situation again they cut me off halfway I said "we can't help you". I can give you a number to the State Bar though. They never read my situation at all. Just really let me down there.
