During my initial call I spent 30 minutes on the phone with what I will call an intake admin, then an hour on the phone with what I presume was a paralegal who continuously put me on hold to “consult” with her managing attorney. After that it was determined they would not take my case. Facts they had on which to base this decision were that there is a police report indicating the other driver was at fault and that I had moderate injuries (broken bones). Politely refused to provide any information as to their “decision criteria”.
