If you want to have an experience like that, go with them, they will not disappoint you, the worst is even leaving you with unpaid medical bills in collection, they are friendly until they get what they only want, your money, they left me worse than how I was after an accident with a 18 wheel trailer, today I am preparing to overcome this stressful and humiliating process, I recommend going with a lawyer who is from an office and not by a man whose face you cannot see and who has 200 lawyers and you go through all of them in a 3 year process, to end up defrauded, and with medical debts to pay with your money, a ruined credit, pending surgeries and they will never take responsibility. Just listen, sorry, I can understand your frustration. At the end of the process they keep the money and you keep whatever they want, plus a whole range of frustration, deceit and debt. Si tu quieres tener una experiencia asi ve con ellos, no te defraudare , lo peor hasta dejarte con billes medicos sin pagar en colecion , son amigables hasta que obtienen lo que solo quieren tu dinero me dejaron peor que como estaba después de un accidente con un trailer de 18 ruedas , hoy me preparo para superar este proceso tan estresante y humillador, les recomiendo ir con un abogado que sea de una oficina y no por un hombre que no le ves la cara y tiene 200 abogados y vas pasando por todos ellos en un proceso de 3 años , para terminar defraudado, y con deudas médicas a pagar con tu dinero, un credito arruinado, cirugías pendientes y ellos nunca se harán responsable.solo escucharas sorry puedo entender tu frustración (en serio.) Si pones atención a los reviews casi todos los que han dejado un feedback negativo o han tenido malos resultados como experiencia negativa somos hispanos. ojo te hablan de millones le someterán a cirugías y luego se quedaran con todo el dinero en mi experiencia me rompí los dientes tengo cirugía para poner 4 implantes la cual tuve que pagar por no andar sin dientes ellos me darían el dinero según Richard quien fuera mi estafador y Abogado , cirugía también en la cervical me quedo pendiente una el la parte baja de la espalda y el dinero que me dieron no me alcanza para pagarla. Y para colmo repito no me pagaron biles medico se fueron a colección pues no sabía y me arruinaron mi credito de excelente 8 puntos credit score a fair 6,25 credit score les llame y no se hicieron responsable ni de ayudarme...esto lo hago desde mi corazón para que otros no caigan donde e caído yo y tantas otras personas más. es algo muy triste y que te dejara secuelas de por vida.fisicas y emocionales te sientes como abusado ultrajado es como traer el sombrero y sufrir que has perdido la cabeza.

Settled with the insurance company 7 months ago and still haven't received my check from Thomas j Henry law firm yet. I've called four times in the last 2 months and I've been told every time that my team is out to lunch and that they will call me back.

I should have chosen differently. If you are in a simple car wreck this is not the place to go. I was injured badly, and 4 to 5 months in my lawyer got fired. So I had to start new with another attorney Hernando Felix and his side kick Denise who was rude and I never talked to her again after our first conversation. I ended up with hardly anything my insurance had to pay almost as much as the person that ran the stop sign and totalled my new car. If they can't make at least a million off of the wreck they don't work that hard. I will never go with again. I hope I never go through this again. But they're not as Great as they advertise.

Worst experience. I came in hopeful in getting justice for my case. I was sideswiped by a distracted driver and through the pictures it was obvious that I wasn’t at fault. I also had a witness(which she never utilized) to back up my case. I was assigned to Ashley Leonard. She had the worst communication. Whenever I asked for her she was never available even when I called right after I missed a call from her. She wouldn’t even respond to her assistant nor the messages from the chiropractor’s office. I waited more than a month and a half to finally have my case settled just to find out she quit my case. Now I’m left to repair the damages I was never liable for AND the chiropractor that I was sent to because of her. The car was the first car I’ve ever had, it took me months to save up for it and I only had it for a month before I was hit. I now have to take up a second job while also finding time to study for college to be able to fix these damages. I hope no one else has to go through the same thing I did. If you get assigned to Ashley don’t waste your time and find someone else.

I called for a consultation on my case, and they only say, I’m sorry, but this won’t be a case we’d be able to take. I asked for guidance on what they think about the case, and they say it is unethical with this type of consultation just to speak to me about it because they can’t take the case What is the definition of a consultation? This is the google definition “This initial meeting allows you to determine if the lawyer is the right fit for your legal needs. It also enables the lawyer to learn about your case, assess its strengths and weaknesses, and provide you with legal advice and options moving forward” They assessed its strengths and weaknesses, but did not provide me with any legal advice or any options moving forward.

This is the worst law firm, Lack of communication and neglect. They switched my attorney so many times. My accident was in November of 2022. Not recommend this firm to anyone
