Julia has been fantastic working with my mother-in-laws estate. She made everything very easy during this time.

Julia at Nickerson Law Group recently established a comprehensive living trust for me. Since I am visually impaired, I assumed I needed a special needs trust. Julia is perfect: paitient, detailed, creative and most importantly, very knowledgeable about special needs planning and government benefit programs. Both Julia and her paralegal Kim, made sure I completely understood my options and took the extra time to answer all my questions through emails and at our consults. Julia is exactly what I needed: very creative and great at thinking outside of the box in order to customize my trust to fit my disability related needs. Both Julia and Kim took the extra time to ensure all my needs would be protected. During my signing consult, Kim answered all my questions in detail. Additionally, Kim was very specific about the financial steps I would need to follow. Julia's staff is extremely responsive to my further needs: promptly sending me referrals for tax professionals. The price for all services is extremely good. Instead of hourly billing, I was only charge a one-time fee, which covered all the consults plus all follow up questions. Furthermore, unlike some practices who charge hourly for help after your trust signing, the Nickerson Law Group provides help for free or at a discount. Since I use a Pc screen reader, Julia and her staff took the extra time to make sure all documents were accessible to me, something that is rare. I highly recommend the Nickerson Law Group for all estate planning needs, especially in the areas concerning special needs and disability issues. It was a total relief and such a plesure to find a law firm with the experience and creativity to make a complicated legal process so simple and understandable.
