Stephen Demik is a masterful trial attorney. I had the pleasure of conducting a week long jury trial with him. Stephen orchestrated the most effective and impactful voir dire I've seen in 25 years, and ultimately persuaded a jury to find the existence of an implied contract, which otherwise only law professors believe exist.
