I called to reserve a session with the attorney about a lease that seems unfair to the tenant. When Attorney Gammon picked up my call, I started by asking for the charge for the consultation, which was my previous experience. It turns out that he gave me free advice on that lease, and I was encouraged and learned a lot immediately from it. I will proceed with his advice and most probably not deal with this apartment complex. I already loved Austin before moving there. Thank you, Attorney Gammon.

Bill was incredibly helpful in steering me in the right direction regarding HOA formation and supplying me with strategy to help with disputing an upzone request for a property in our neighborhood. I had read all of the reviews stating he's a lawyer for the people, and that couldn't be more true after my own personal experience with him.
