Grant Clifton and his staff were always available, helpful and professional. Grant is clear and concise in all his dealings. He wasted no time and was an aggressive advocate. My insurance claim was based on my being struck in the rear by a car doing about 70 mph while I was motorcycling in Texas. My insurance (Progressive) met its obligations immediately.
