What truly sets them apart is their ability to provide clear, concise advice while offering unwavering support. Jimmy went above and beyond to protect my interests and ensure a smooth process, and was very straightforward about cost and expectations. The only surprises I got were all good ones.

My family hired Jimmy Evans and his law firm and they were nothing short of amazing and helped us navigate the legal waters during a very stressful time. Jimmy and his staff prepared us for court and did an amazing job litigating our case and providing us with the legal protection we needed. I have recommended his firm to Family and Friends and they have all had the same positive experiences. Should we be in a position where we are in a Family Law matter again I would not hesitate to hire Jimmy Evans and his team in the future.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Evans Family Law. Despite their high fees suggesting superior service, my experience proved otherwise. During my divorce case, I received poor advice that only increased my anxiety instead of providing reassurance. Despite not needing to file anything, as the case was initiated by my spouse, more than half of my $5000 retainer was quickly depleted without any significant actions taken on my behalf. No documentation was ever presented to the court for my side. Additionally, when I inquired about my ongoing case, they had no record of my parenting plan, which was completed but apparently never filed. Furthermore, if you decide to hire this firm, ensure you use the entire retainer, as attempts to obtain a refund of the remaining balance have been unsuccessful for months.

Jimmy and his team have won my cases every time. If you want an attorney that knows how to win, then call Jimmy. He has been a blessing for my family. Do what he says and everything works out.

They were able to meet all the needs necessary in order to close my case of 18 plus years going back and forth to court , they were nice and polite as well.
