Shara, Avery, Nichole, and Jon Paul were great during a very tough time! Everyone at Evans family law assisted in making a tough process much easier.

Evans law group was prompt in attending to my needs and explained the entire process to me very clearly at the outset.

Evans family law firm - Katherine Obando - took forever to take care of my divorce. They seemingly forgot to file our papers, until we kept asking what was taking so long. They had claimed to have filed, but the clerks office said that was not true. Once it was done, I was glad it moved on. Since then, I have had to file for enforcement,. I tried to rehire the firm, thinking it would be easiest since they know the history. I have had 2 phone call appointments where no one calls, several unanswered emails. I had actually referred a friend, and she gave me Jimmy Evans personal cell, and said he had said to message him directly. Again, no response, and no answer to voice mails. I can only assume this to mean they know they did an awful job. I've seen two attorneys since, and both attorney's I have consulted have stated it was worded very poorly, and is very unclear. I am having to pay to have parts of it clarified. For over $6,000, I would have expected more. I highly recommend you look elsewhere!

I was beyond stressed when I walked into Kims office and she listened to me, understood my concerns, and took the lead immediately. She was pleasant with her responses to email that I sent her asking for updates and calmed me down and reassured me that she had everything under control. My wife and I were able to reconcile and comparing Kims email to my wifes email from her lawyer is a night a day difference. Kim seemed truly happy for us, while her lawyers Paralegal sent a 2 sentence congrats email which my wife found offensive. I hope I never need her again but Kim will be my first call if I do!

Lastly, this case involved a child and I feel like Jimmy and Dina both did an excellent job getting to a healthy solution that both of us happily agreed with.
