I had a concern which Kaplan Law, and in particular my attorney Ryan Estes, helped me resolve. I was angry about the issue set and they helped me see it through the calm light of reason. They instructed me on how to respond, appointments were easy to schedule, and Mr. Estes was always timely with meetings and responses. I hope to not need them again, but will definitely use them if I do.

I'm leaving this review after having experienced a disappointing series of interactions with this law firm, which left me feeling unheard and without the support that anyone seeking legal help should be able to rely on. The communication throughout the process was dismal. Instead of being kept updated about the progress of my case, I constantly found myself having to chase the legal assistant to get any kind of information. This was not only stressful but also wasted my time and energy. I had an initial consultation with one lawyer who, after some discussion, advised me to take some time to think things over. Imagine my surprise and frustration when I discovered that this lawyer had gone on leave immediately after our meeting, leaving me with no other choice but to start afresh with a new lawyer at the firm. This complete lack of foresight and respect for a client's time highlights the lack of internal communication within the firm. The ultimate blow came when they abruptly declared that they couldn't assist me with my case. Rather than finding a way to help or offering alternatives, they unceremoniously pushed me onto other law firms. This left me feeling as though they were more interested in getting rid of me than in offering genuine legal assistance. Overall, my experience with this firm was not only unproductive but also quite distressing. I spent two weeks, a considerable amount of effort, and an unnecessary amount of money without making any progress whatsoever. I can't recommend engaging them. If this is indicative of their standard service, then one would be better served elsewhere.

Didn’t even listen to me or ask questions about my case, didn’t even bother to update me about my intake form, completely ignored me and hoped I wouldn’t care. I would have atleast liked the professional courtesy of knowing when and why they’ve decided to leave me high and dry, it’s very rude and unprofessional to not communicate with some one who is waiting for the lawyers to complete the intake form review. And because of this I’m glad I found a different lawyer who actually walked me through my intake and asked detailed questions to understand the case better.
