Promptly responded to my inquiry. Easy access to online process. Mr Kaplan seemed to yawn frequently throughout the discussion, which didn't really leave a good impression with me. He did seem very thorough and explained everything well. I didn't care much for him asking about completely irrelevant issues regarding suspected surgeon malpractice, which he told me could help leverage a case. Ultimately, there were no grounds for a case, which I understood was a real possibility. I received the summary after the zoom / phone call.

Austin Kaplan and his staff were very responsive, the appointment setup was easy. He took time to understand my situation and answer all my questions and helped me formulate strategy, and understand all my options. He was generous in taking time to answer follow up questions by email, even many months later. Most importantly his friendly and warm yet professional demeanor and competent advice put me at ease during a stressful time.

After being involved in an accident with the other driver at fault, it was apparent Farmers Insurance (my insurer), was going to be difficult to deal with on my own. I retained Judy Kostura who was both communicative and patient throughout the lengthy litigation battle. Although it took 7 years for Farmers to pay the policy amount under my uninsured / underinsured coverage, Judy never gave up. It's clear my insurer never would have paid me a dime had it not been for Ms. Kostura.
