Bill Gammon was a huge help in walking me through a real estate deed transfer. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process and didn't hesitate to give me all the advice I needed for a successful and trouble free transaction. Just got off the phone with Mr. Gammon and I had to write a review. I was just calling to get a consultation but he took my entire story and gave me the next steps I need to take right now. Pretty blown away by all the great info he provided and the friendly/caring tone of the call. This is how you create a loyal customer.

He is a bit aggressive at first, but ultimately very helpful. If you call him, put your emotion aside, because he's not having it. Have an end goal. If you don't know what your end goal should be, just figure it out before you call anyways. Your conversation will go a lot smoother that way. He is helpful and seems very knowledgeable on tenant/landlord issues. He's also one of the only attorneys I could find that actually represents tenants.

Contacted Mr. Gammon with a fairly complex matter. His staff put me directly thru to him, which is a great first start. He answered my questions quickly and steered me in the right direction to seek further help. In an age where you have to make an appointment to make an appointment to possibly leave a message for someone about maybe making an appointment, it was refreshing to actually be able to speak with someone quickly and professionally.

Attorney Gammon is awesome! I called his office asking for a quote on how to do a Deed Transfer and he advice me on how to do it myself, he went step by step on how to do it and also offered to review it at no cost. What a wonderful experience! I never expected to feel so pleased and confident in the middle of a legal crisis. I went shopping for a lawyer for the first time in my life to help my daughter's school in a legal crisis.
