Mark helped our firm 'straighten out' our company set up after another lawyer- who did not listen to our goals for the company- set it up incorrectly. This was quite complicated with an equity structure and non compete matters as well as multiple owners. Mark was very knowledgeable, helpful and in the end, gave us the company we had wanted to begin with. His knowledge of contracts, non-competes and profit distribution was excellent.
