The fate of our family was in her hands and ultimately, we could not be happier with the outcome. She immediately immersed herself into our narrative. She was highly attentive and detail-oriented. It is worth mentioning separately that Mary Louise is very, very sharp-witted. This is not something one learns but it is innate. She is intuitive when it comes to reading others and their intentions. She was thoughtful in every decision and methodical in her approach. She worked tirelessly to address all downstream possibilities in a preemptive fashion. She was exceedingly responsive and efficient with time. She kept me updated on all movements of the case the moment shifts would occur. She is genuine and has a heart for those involved. She listens late at night. Mary Louise Phelps surpassed any expectations I had for my divorce attorney. Mary Louise Phelps is a great attorney. Aside from being extremely bright, she is creative. Whenever we were faced with a stonewall situation, which was often in my case, she figured out a way to make things work so that I got what I needed and the other party felt like they did as well. She's also kind and understanding. She has great instincts and knows when to push and when to wait, and when to ask for assistance. I cannot recommend her more hightly.
