The process of settling up my trust with Mike Massey and his team was seamless and well managed. All but the final signing was handled over Zoom as that was my preferred approach but they offer in person as well. The team was very courteous, knowledgeable and responsive and their fees were very reasonable.

To begin at the end of our process with Estate Planning and Mike Massey Law, the signing of the documents was infinitely more palatable than the last time we made and signed Wills in a cold corporate setting. The atmosphere of Massey Law in a charming little house in the hills with an intimate feeling, certainly helped with this weighty task of confronting one's mortality and legacy put into legal terms. But we were fairly well prepared by the two discussions online with a lawyer (employee), the documents we could review online, and Mr. Massey's problem solving abilities. Unlike the previous Estate Planning experience where we paid by the minute, Mike Massey offers a range of flat fees spelled out on a list you are supplied. It is so important to prepare your heirs and your bequests as well as all the various and sundry details of your life someone will have to wrap up. We were given a large binder with, in addition to the documents, instructions and tips, which given that we have set up a Trust, are very helpful. (The documents are also online encrypted).Two emails I needed to send the firm for clarification on my part were answered immediately and set my understanding straight. I recommend Mike Massey Law.

Mike, David, and the others on their team did a fantastic job getting my paperwork put together quickly and efficiently.
