My wife and I finally overcame a decade of procrastination about undertaking a last will and testament and attendant, salient documents but with some trepidation about the complexity and time commitment necessary to get the project done we moved forward in October 2024. Our concerns seemed realized after we met with two different law firms in Austin and we were unable to come to agreement with them about the content and formatting of the documents that we desired. We almost put the matter back on the rear burner. However, happily, perseverance paid big dividends.
