Selena did an excellent job. A sweetheart and Very professional. She answered all my questions in detail. She was very polite through out my process! I would recommend Lorenz & Lorenz to anyone who is looking for a law firm for any type of case.

My experience wasn't pleasant at all.

They work Really Slow they don't call you to update you 😒 the adjuster never showed up, the person who was working on my case quit and I never knew anything I learned I had a new person on my case by my sister who was in the passenger side in the accident that I had I'm just so annoyed by everything the lack of communication with them is what gets to me ugh I honestly wouldn't recommend they to anyone hell I'm embarrassed to even tell anyone that I have them as lawyers I only stuck with them because of my sister who already had an open case said it would be easier if we had the same lawyer smh well never again

Well satisfied with response time of Lorenz and Lorenz. Johnny was very receptive and knowledgeable.

I called them and gave them all the information about the car accident for they could tell me in the end that they couldn't help me in my case. Thanks a lot for your help I wish I could give you No stars
