Not at Fault Motorcycle Accident: Short story is I got hit by a careless drive. Had insurance but they were demanding repayment. Drivers insurance didn't want to accept fault and wouldn't talk with me. Got nasty letters about being sent to collection and possible garnishment of wages. From the moment that I called Lorenz and Lorenz, I was put at ease and the insurance company backed off. I just wanted the bills to go away; I mean, I wasn't at fault, why should I have been held liable. Thomas and his team took immediate action and handled everything. Didn't even have to go to court. They got the other driver's insurance company to accept fault and payout. Other than a few quick, non-disruptive phone calls, my case was settled and I even got a check to help cover upcoming physically therapy and damages. All of the staff was beyond helpful and professional. I can't say thank you enough to the Lorenz and Lorenz team. I would highly recommend speaking with them if you've been in an accident. Don't try to take on the insurance companies yourself.

SO THEN I SOUND LIKE A LYING A$$HOLE TO MY LANDLORD AND BILL COLLECTORS, AFTER I FORWARD THE MESSAGE I RECEIVED. P.S. THE YOUNGER LORENZ IS WEARING LIPSTICK IN THE COMMERCIALS.
