[Ongoing] While we have not completely given up on L&L, the experience has not been good. We know our case is certainly not the largest case out there, but when vetting firms, we were assured at the onset that our case would receive its due attentiveness & effort. The actual experience with our lawyer does not live up to the brand. We have had to repeat deliveries of documents, correct misinterpretation multiple times, repeat questions, and not receive transparency or consistent updates. We feel like we are an afterthought, doing the leg work at times and at the mercy of convenience for others, which is discouraging. We will try to salvage but at this point, will likely switch firms if this continues.

I had an unusual, difficult and challenging case because it involved PIP & MedPay insurance. My attorney, Rosemary Flores-Andrade, was faced with unyielding, opposition but she fought tooth and nail to get me a fair settlement. Well, I am satisfied with the work that was done for me. But I never once, did I ever talk to lawyer Ted Lorenz. Never did he call me to introduce himself, and say, hi Patricia, I will be representing you. But everyone is was awesome and a great job.

My car was hit by a driver who was not paying attention & this person caused injuries to myself and my two passengers. I was unsure of what to do so I called the law offices of Lorenz & Lorenz and they immediately sent a representative to assist with a civil suit.
