Best thing I could have done after being in a not a fault car accident was hire Lorenz & Lorenz. Rachael Klipp represented me. She kept me informed and checked in regularly. And when a medical provider tried to sue me after the settlement (providers mistake) she worked to make sure I was taken care of. I can't recommend hiring them enough. It's terrible being hit, the after math is a wreck on your mental health. Rachael made it better.

Being in an accident is so physically and emotionally stressful. Attorney Shawn Martin took care of everything and stayed in contact with me through the whole process. I am very happy with the representation and the outcome - including the nice settlement :-) FYI, even though the person that rear ended me was uncooperative and getting witnesses to respond was difficult (was 4 cars/drivers total in the accident), Shawn stuck with my case and got it resolved. After two years I am still very happy with the outcome. If you can ask for a specific lawyer, ask for Shawn Martin.

I have to be honest at first I thought all hope was lost and I would end up getting railroaded from this accedent. I was hit by a drunk driver and it cost me and my wife dearly. Ms Bailey Vos got appointed to my case and at first I didn't think this was gonna turn out all that good. But Ms Vos turned all that around for us. We ended up getting more than we imagined. Her drive to go to the insurance company and battle for us was beyond words. I can not say enough good things about her so I will sum it up by saying she was devoted, confident and a fighter. Lorenz and Lorenz recently closed our case with the other party’s insurance company at a settlement four times the amount we thought we would receive. Our attorney, Peter Shuler, Esq. was a relentless advocate for my 92 year old mother whose car was struck by a driver that ran a red light. Most importantly, Peter kept in constant contact with weekly phone updates and emails on our claim status. He even personally traveled to her Assisted Living facility to obtain signed documents and eventually present her with the settlement check. I am thankful to have a lawyer at the time that I needed. I was T-Boned by a negligent police cruiser who ran a red light (without sirens). The collision hit my back passenger seat, 3 inches away from my door and it totaled my vehicle from the bottom alignment. (I drive a sedan) Both airbags from the right side deployed and I was able to walk away from the accident. I was inches away from becoming either severely hurt or not being here to write this review! With Lorenz & Lorenz, it afforded me to see a chiropractor several times to realign my spine. Whiplash got the best of me and it put me out of work for a moment. However, during that time I worked with Mr. Peter Shuler and he worked diligently for several months to get the Police department to compensate for the loss and injury that I had to endure. After 8 months of waiting and fighting, they came up with a number that in most cases like mine would not see. Although I did not get rich in this case, I believe that Peter did his best to bring a solution to bridge the gap to compensate for my recovery.
