From the first moment of me walking into an unfamiliar office to the last day I walked out of that same office the lawyer's and staff were so comforting and friendly! Don’t waste your time with this “law firm”. Had a case where my daughter and I were rear ended by a person who fell asleep at the wheel. A person who admitted to falling asleep, who accepted fault in any shape or form. A very obvious clear cut case of negligence. We went to court in October of last year, partially won with a jury ruling in our favor. My attorney J. McKinney told me the day of the trial, after the court session was over, that she’d call me in a day or two to discuss all the details of the outcome. I was happy we won even if it was just a partial win. My problem with Ms. McKinney was that to the day, 1/2/19 I’ve called her 6 times to no avail, emailed her 4 times with no reply and have even gone to their office and am still to hear from anyone or know what the final outcome or details of what the trial are. Keep in mind it’s been three months since she said “I’ll call you in a day or two to discuss the final details of your case” No call back, no reply to my calls, emails or visits to their office. Just a complete disregard to all my attempts at getting an answer or any resolution to my case. Is this the kind of law firm you want to represent you in your time of need, in your time of despair, in a time where you put your trust in a law firm that can’t or won’t take the time to call you back, to send you a letter, to reply to your emails or even the common courtesy to meet with you at their office after multiple visits...? Choose wisely and don’t learn the hard way. I still have no idea what happened with our case or what the final outcome was...three months after our case went to court and a jury ruled in our favor. Don’t let this happen to you or your loved ones in such a difficult time in your life. Choose wisely 🙏
