Monica was amazing! After my husband passed away, I needed the original Fideicomiso title changed to my name (not an easy feat) - both my late husband and I are US Citizens. The system is cumbersome and complicated. Monica walked me through the steps and assisted with the transactions/steps. Once that piece was finalized, she assisted with the sale of the property which is quite different than USA real estate transactions. She reviewed all documents and walked me through the process.
