She instructed me in what do, but the most important, she made me feel that I could trust in her knowledge and made me feel very comfortable. Overall we are very glad that we hired her and we are happy with her work overall. 1. She explains thing very well right after we hired her and we followed the instructions to provide the package content. She prepared our Green Card Application Package, and it is very well received by the USCIS San Antonio Office. We ended up getting the interview 4.5 months after the application package submission, which is significantly less time than average. 2. Quick and clear responses when she could, sometimes she is in court and can't reply immediately.
