I’ve used Mr. Massingill for several different “issues” that I’ve encountered in my Chiropractic clinic and he has helped me resolve every one of them quickly and affordably. He has also helped me set up business entities for other medial businesses and is very thorough and precise. I highly recommend him!

Josh did a wonderful job filing a trademark for our business. He's very knowledgeable and was able to explain all of our options to us, walk us through scope and sequence beyond what I even knew to ask. Josh has handled several other business legal services for us, all professionally and timely. I now use Josh exclusively for legal work and would recommend him unequivocally. Josh set up the LLC for my business. He is very professional and thorough. I appreciated that he took the time to make sure I understood the details of what can be a confusing process. At one point I received what looked like an official piece of mail from the state of Texas and paid a business start-up fee. Josh reviewed it and found it to be a scam. He took it upon himself to reach out to them on my behalf and make this right. I also know several people who have had Josh set up their estate planning documents. They have all raved about what a thorough job he does, along with the fact that he charges a flat fee, rather than billing by the page or hour. I am thankful to have this attorney in my corner, should any other issues arise. Highly recommend!

Hiring Nicole Conger was the easiest part of one of the hardest situations that I’ve been through! She was very personable, and knowledgeable! She knows Employment Law, and Will Represent you to the Best of her Ability! It was an honor to be her client!

After numerous attorneys refraining from taking on my case, Nicole was the one attorney who not only agreed to take on my case, but returned my call at 8:00 P.M., attentively listened to my situation, answered all of my questions with honesty, explained how the law works, explained the proper steps to initiate legal action, provided me with her professional expertise when dealing with FMLA cases, and never pressured me into hiring her as my attorney. After discussing my situation with Nicole, she made it very clear to me that what was done to me was unlawful, and unjust, therefore I indeed have a case against my former employer. As Nicole and I continued to discuss my situation, Nicole demonstrated exceptional morals and values. I could tell from just a brief conversation that Nicole is exceedingly passionate about helping people. In addition, she was very encouraging, friendly, positive, honest, knowledgeable, and extremely fierce. My discrimination case was pretty complicated and as I was interviewing lawyers, none of them made me feel as confident as Nicole. Any time I doubted myself or my case, Nicole reassured me through her detailed plan and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Questions were answered immediately and she was always happy to reexplain anything I didn’t fully understand. She is persistent and a go getter lawyer who will fight for you.
